When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Refund Policy

Each and every item we sell is individually customised and hand made to order so we are unable to offer refunds or accept cancellations. If there is a problem with your order we want you to be happy so will get a replacement made and sent out to you straight away. Please contact us within 48hrs days of delivery with details of the issues and we will be more than happy to sort for you.

Damaged and Faulty Items

We try to package our items as securely as possible to get toy you in perfect condition, however sometimes damages do occur. If your item/s have been damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours. Please email us at enquiries@amylizdesigns.co.uk and send images of the damage including photos of any damage to packaging etc. Please note that the Royal Mail look in to all damaged and missing goods, so any item(s) deliberately damaged and returned will be deemed as fraud and will be treated as such. Please note all items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Our designs, products, this website, and all of its content are owned by Amy Liz Designs and are protected by copyright and design regulations. Materials from this site may NOT be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission.

You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to photos, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or have received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.

We have placed links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents and therefore we cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.

All personal information taken by us including email address, telephone number, address etc. is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and is never provided to any third party without your permission.

We do not directly store or have access to any financial information that you provide, for example credit card numbers etc. as this is taken and stored by our secure third party processors.

Libel & Defamation

We take libel very seriously and we reserve the right to take legal action against any person found posting defamatory comments on any public website, forum, blog or other online media site. Any requests to remove such comments must be actioned within 2 hours of our request.

Liability

AmyLiz Designs does not accept liability to you for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the sale or use of our goods. Similarly we accept no liability for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

You shall be responsible for reading and understanding these Terms and Conditions, and we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by you or any third party as a result of your failure to do so.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms.
