DESPATCH AND SHIPPING POLICY

Despatch Times

Please note that everything at Amyliz Designs is made-to-order and therfore the time needed to make each product varies.

Our minimum despatch time is 2-3 working days for non-personalised items.

For personalised items please see the despatch / shipping info on each individual product page.

For large customer orders and any orders placed during peak buying seasons (i.e. Christmas) despatch times may be slightly longer so please also bear this in mind when ordering and if you need an item for a specific date please drop us a email and we'll happily discuss if we can accommodate this for you.

 

​Delivery Timings

UK: Once dispatched parcels take 2-5 working days as standard using the Royal Mail 2nd class service.

Rest of the world: Currently unavailable

Costs

Please note that our delivery charges are inclusive of both postage and packaging materials and may change as they are directly reflective of the increases of the prices we are charged by our suppliers. We do not profit on these costs to give the best price to all our customers.

Wrong/Incomplete Delivery Address

If you notice or suspect that you have made an error in your delivery address, contact must be made immediately before your order is dispatched.

Incorrect or Damaged Parcels

Accidents happen and so if you receive an incorrect order or damaged parcel then please get in touch at enquiries@amylizdesigns.co.uk with photos and as much information regarding the issue as possible. This must be sent within 14 days of delivery - anything after the 14 days will not be the responsibility of Amyliz Designs (excluding genuine print or production error).
