REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
Each and every item we sell is individually customised and hand made to order so we are unable to offer refunds or accept cancellations. If there is a problem with your order we want you to be happy so will get a replacement made and sent out to you straight away. Please contact us within 48hrs days of delivery with details of the issues and we will be more than happy to sort for you.
Damaged and Faulty Items
We try to package our items as securely as possible to get toy you in perfect condition, however sometimes damages do occur. If your item/s have been damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours. Please email us at enquiries@amylizdesigns.co.uk and send images of the damage including photos of any damage to packaging etc. Please note that the Royal Mail look in to all damaged and missing goods, so any item(s) deliberately damaged and returned will be deemed as fraud and will be treated as such. Please note all items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
