A bespoke portrait of your beloved pet/s with the option to add extra personal details such as their names and/or a special quote at the base of the illustration.
 
This makes an ideal gift for any animal lover – perfect for a special birthday or as a memorial gift.
 
My illustrative style is semi realistic and sketchy and aims to capture the essence of your pet/s in a modern and dynamic way. The illustration is based on photographs provided by you and can be of a single pet or multiple pets combined to make a natural looking composition.

The illustration Process
Your illustration is first created digitally, sketched using a drawing tablet and pen. Your illustration will be either portrait or landscape depending on the photograph/s provided and any personalised text will be added where we feel best suits the illustration.
 
At this stage I will send you a preview to make sure you are happy with the overall composition, look and feel, and you can choose whether to progress with the finished illustration in full colour or black/white.
 
Once this is all agreed I then print the artwork onto fine grain artists paper and hand finish, working on top of the print with art pastels and watercolour pencils to add additional detail and depth and creating a unique piece of art you are bound to treasure for years to come.
 
Providing Images
After placing your order, please email your photo/s to: enquiries@amylizdesigns.co.uk quoting your order number and name or alternatively you can post them to me and I will return along with your finished illustration.
 
You will ideally need to send high quality photograph/s to ensure I can capture as much detail as possible. I will not be able to work from pixelated or blurry images, or photos where key face / body parts are cropped ooff, so please be mindful when selecting your images.
 
Try to opt for a natural daylight photograph if possible and key features such as ears, eyes and nose should be clear and in focus.

Special requests
This item is handmade to order and may take between 2-3 weeks plus delivery. If you require your item/s sooner than this please contact me before placing an order and I will let you know if I can prioritise your order and deliver to you sooner (which is often possible).
