From the Shop pages simply select the product you like and your preferred options i.e. frame size and type, any personalised text etc. Click on “add to cart” this will add the item to your shopping bag. Once you are ready to go to checkout, click on “View Cart” at the upper right hand corner, in order to review your order, after any necessary adjustments, click “checkout”.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made for online orders using PayPal which is secure, efficient and permits payment via credit cards, debit cards and personal accounts. PayPal does not charge customers for any payments made on our website.

You will receive email confirmations once your order has been received as well as when it has been made and dispatched.
How long will delivery take?
All our items are hand made to order and despatch time varies depending on the item:
Personalised Greetings Cards – 2-3 working days // Personalised Prints – 2-3 working days // Song Lyric Prints – 3-5 working days // Family Tree Prints – 7-10 working days following receipt of completed family research document // Custom Illustrations – 7-10 working days following receipt of photo / photos.
What if I need my item/s sooner than the time shown above?
If you require your item/s sooner than this please call or email us and we will let you know if we can prioritise your order and deliver to you sooner (which is often possible).
How can I track my order?
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is completely traceable, and typically arrives next business day after dispatch. International orders may take between 3-5 working days. If you haven't received your order during this time frame please email us at enquiries@amylizdesigns.co.uk and we will aim to trace your parcel for you.
